Elisha Washington, LCSWA

Hello! I am Elisha Washington and I specialize in providing supportive, strengths-based therapy to children and teens. With prior experience as a school social worker, I have developed a strong foundation in working with young people facing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties and life transitions. I understand the unique social, emotional and academic pressures that children and teens experience and strive to create a safe, supportive space where they feel heard and understood.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA). I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and my Master’s degree from the University of North Alabama.

My approach is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, helping clients recognize their resilience, build on existing abilities and develop practical tools for growth. I am deeply committed to helping clients better understand their emotions, improve regulation skills and build confidence in their ability to reach their full potential. I believe that every client has the capacity for growth and change, and I am honored to walk alongside them in that journey. I look forward to working with you and your family!
