Kim Holtmann, LCMHC
Hello! I am a mother, and lover of martial arts and crafty projects of all kinds. I began my career in public education in 2005 and have been working with kids, teens, and adults in various settings since that time. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and I specialize in neurodiversity, trauma, and physical and emotional regulation.
I’m a strengths based, neurodiversity and gender affirming therapist with training in EMDR, Play Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Sand Tray, and Expressive Arts. I enjoy working with kids, teens, and adults of all ages spanning a large range of diagnoses including PTSD, ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Differences, Physical and Emotional Regulation, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Dissociative Disorders, Sexual Abuse, and Trauma.
My primary goal as a therapist is to provide a space where clients feel welcome and valued, so that they can explore the things in their lives that are challenging, validate their experiences, identify their strengths, and walk confidently toward their goals. I look forward to meeting you!
